At Noryelle, every item is made to order in the USA. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Production Time
Because each product is custom-printed for you, please allow 3 – 7 business days for production before your order ships. Larger items such as canvas sets, area rugs, and bedding may require up to 10 business days during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Time (United States)
- Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts): 3 – 5 business days after production.
- Blankets, Door Mats, Mugs: 4 – 7 business days after production.
- Canvas, Banners, Bedding Sets: 5 – 9 business days after production.
- Rugs (Round & Area): 7 – 12 business days after production.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $5.99 flat rate per order.
- Free shipping on US orders over $79.
- Expedited shipping available at checkout — calculated based on item size and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your Noryelle account to view real-time shipping updates.
Holiday & Seasonal Notice
During major holidays (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.), order volume increases significantly. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee delivery before the holiday.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@noryelle.com and we’ll investigate immediately. We’ll either reship your order or issue a full refund.
International Shipping
At this time, Noryelle ships within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). We’re working to expand internationally — stay tuned!
