Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product significantly differs from the listing.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every product is custom-printed just for you, the following items are not eligible for return for “change of mind” reasons:

  • Personalized items with custom names, photos, or text.
  • Items where the wrong size or color was selected by the customer.
  • Items washed or used after delivery.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@noryelle.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and reply with the next steps.
  3. If approved, we’ll either send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3 – 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 5 – 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
