📦 Orders & Shipping
How long until I receive my order?
Production takes 3 – 7 business days, plus 3 – 12 business days for US shipping depending on the product. Most apparel orders arrive within 7 – 10 business days total.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, addresses cannot be changed.
🎨 Products & Designs
Can I personalize a product with my own photo or text?
Many of our products support personalization. Look for the “Customize” option on the product page or email us with your idea — we love custom requests!
What materials do you use?
Our apparel uses premium ringspun cotton blends, blankets are soft fleece or sherpa, canvas is genuine artist-grade canvas, and rugs/mats use durable woven polyester with non-slip backing.
Are designs original?
Yes! Every design at Noryelle is created in-house by our US-based art team or licensed from independent American artists.
💳 Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Items damaged or with printing errors are eligible for a free replacement or refund within 30 days. Personalized items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. See our full Returns Policy for details.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed through PCI-compliant providers (Stripe, PayPal). We never store your full credit card number on our servers.
